The board of directors of Hugh J. Kearns, Ltd., Christchurch maltsters, malt extract manufacturers and merchante. has appointed Mr D. W. Blackmore managing director. Mr Blackmore, who is managing director and chairman of Oatina Mills, Ltd., Christchurch. will take up his new position today. He will retain his connexion with Oatina.
