one:Two Bonus, Dividend Up (NZ. Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 28. Auckland Laundry and Dry Cleaners, Ltd., plans a bonus issue of £1 ordinary shares in the ratio of one-for-two, and has also recommended an increase in dividend for the year to January 31 from 7 J per cent, to 8 per cent. A final dividend of 5 per cent, has been recommended. An interim of 3 per cent, was paid in September. The bonus issue, which will be made on holdings as at April 29, will be made from capital reserve to be formed by revaluing land and buildings. The issue of 35,385 shares will raise paid capital from £70,770 to £106,155. It is also proposed to raise nominal capital from £75,000 to £150,000. The proposals will be put to an extrarodinary meeting to follow the annual general meeting on April 29. The final dividend will be payable on April 29, ex April 11.
