30s For Penny
(Special Crspdt. NJZPutJ LONDON, March 27 A penny may be worth up to 30s in Bermuda if it is a 1951 penny, says “The Times” correspondent in Hamilton. Apparently, only 120,000 pennies were" minted in Britain in 1951 and they were all sent to Bermuda. Usually two million to three million are minted in a year. The collecting of British pennies has become a popular pastime in toe United States and many collectors there need 1950 and 1951 pennies to complete their sets.
