Results of the men’s croquet field day held at Rangiora recently were:— A. Abbott's team 5. R. Overend's team 4. Doubles.—Abbott and C. Pomery 26, beat Overend and H. Rogers 5; D. Turner and D Miskimmin 16, lost to J McNabb and G. Nicholls 26; D. Malcolm and Mrs Laidlaw 26. beat B. Miskimmin and N. Pow 20. Singles.—Abbot 26. beat Overend 20: Pomery 24, lost to Rogers 26; Turner 26, beat McNabb 19; Malcolm 26 beat Mrs Laidlaw 12: D Miskimmin 20, lost to Nicholls 26: Pow 10. lost to B. Miskimmin 26.
