LANCASTER PARK FACILITIES
The lack of facilities available for women at Lancaster Park was discussed at Tuesday night's meeting of the Canterbury Cricket Association. It was pointed out that many women did not know that new facilities had been built behind number two stand. The association moved that a letter of appreciation be sent to the Victory Park Board thanking It for the condition of the ground for the test match.
A mind lively and ait ease can do with seeing nothing, and can see nothing that does not answer.—Jane Austen.
