Sunnyside Nurses Organise Dance
Funds for recreational facilities for nurses at Sunnyside Hospital were raised by a dance organised by the Student Nurses’ Association recently. Sunnyside is the only psychiatric hospital in New Zealand .at which a Student Nurses’ Association has been formed.
Miss M. E. Little, matron of the hospital, was a guest at the dance and she was later thanked by Nurse V. J. Boyd, president of the association, for the assistance she and the medical superintendent (Dr. J. Hunter) gave to make the dance possible.
