Sir,—Wlfth all these chaps sod their mstes, in nndsboes and shorts, jogging round our streets at could the traffic department please advise which side of the street we should drive on, or they should jog on, aa I fear, sir, if .the present dtaacr evading actions continue (by both parties) some of them may not quite reach the top.— Yours, etc, GORDON TAIT.
