New Ship To Be Repaired
(NX. Pres* Association) AUCKLAND. Feb. 24. Damage to the new coastal ghip, Awanui, should be repaired within the next fortnight, the general traffic manager for the Northern Steam Ship Company (Mr S. L Caspar:) said in Auckland yesterday The 1000-ton Awanui will probably go into dry dock on Monday morning. Two separate inquiries into the cause of the large bulges on both sides of the bow are continuing.
