LONDON. Feb. 24. Both teams have 37 points—Tottenham from 29 matches and Leicester from 27.

Snow and ice again cut the day’s English and Scottish programme. but with 27 matches played out of the 64 scheduled games the interference was not as bad as in recent weeks. Baker or Tottenham’s P. Smith should lead the England attack against France in the European Nations Cup on Wednesday, could not have learned much. The pitch was covered with hard-packed snow, giving a firm surface against probable heavy going in Paris on Wednesday.

At another London ground, Millwall's. fighting broke out after Wrexham. 4-2 winners, had scored its last goal. A policeman was struck and kicked, and a spectator was carried off by five policemen. Tlte referee and the Wrexham team were pelted with snowballs as they left the pitch.
