FOREST AND BIRD FIELD DAY
Coopers Creek was the venue on Saturday for a field day held by the Forest and Bird Protection Society The party of 120 members followed the creek upstream from Mountain House and ascended a ridge between two of its branches. The walk was made through bush which was predominately black beech Bellbrds. tomtits, and fantails were seen by the party
