INDECENT LANGUAGE
Man Ran Near Royal Car (N.Z. Press ASsn.—Copyright) ADELAIDE, Feb. 21. Timothy Jack Newchurch, aged 30. made a threeminute appearance in Port Adelaide Police Court today charged with hawing used indecent language. He was remanded to February 25 on bail of £3O. Police requested the remand because. they said. they wanted to investigate Newchurch'S background. The charge arose from an inriderut on Tuesday when a men nan alongside the car in which the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh ware travelling and shouted indecent language. • Newchurch, a partaborigine, wore an open neck white shirt and dark trousers in court.
He had two large coloured brudsee under each eye. The bruises were not explained in Court.
