Offered by the estate of J. S. Hutton, a mixed cropping and grazing property of 246 acres 1 rood 33 perches at Oarfield was sold for £16,266 at public auction yesterday The auctioneer was Mr G B McCredie Bidding started at £5O an acre There were four bids of £2 10s and six bids of £1
