Prince Andrew Is Three

I Prince Andrew, younger I son of the Queen and second 1 in succession to the British 1 throne, was three years old yesterday. At Buckingham Palace there was a tea party complete with birthday cake and three candles. For the second time the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were out of the country for their young son’s bipthday On his first birthday they were visiting India. His elder brother Prince Charles, 14-year-old heir to the throne, was also unable to be present as he is at boarding school in Scotland. The Queen and the Duke left Prince Andrew's birthday present at the Palace for ; him when they left for their tour of Australia and New Zealand three weeks ago.
