Gumboots For Australia
The flrat targe shipment of gumboots to Australia, by the Marathon Rubber Footwear, Ltd., of Wootaton, will be on toe Waimea when she sails tor Melbourne. Nearly 4500 pairs of gumboots, ranging in size from childrens to adulta’. will be distributed for sate in Victoria. The company baa sent small shipments to Australia in toe pest, and further shipments are to be sent as part of toe present order. The gumboots will also be displayed at toe Melbourne and Sydney trade fairs.
