Accident Victim Improves
Peter McCombs, aged 19, who was seriously injured when a sewer pipe struck him on the head while he was helping to unload a truck in Linwood last week, has been taken off the seriously ill list at the Burwood Hospital. He is the son of Mr T. H. McCombs, of 111 Panorama road, Sumner. After the accident Mr MeCombs was admitted to Christchurch Hospital and during the week-end he was transferred to Burwood Hospital. His condition last evening was reported as comfortable.
