Last Parade
lan Abrahams, aged 13, son of the conductor, Mr M, Abrahams, paraded with the Nelson Garrison Municipal Band before the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh at Nelson. But it was his last parade for some time. On Monday, lan will enter Nelson Hospital to have his right arm amputated to arrest a malignant growth.
