DEATH FROM TUBERCULOSIS
Weekly Return Of Diseases An 83-year-old woman died in the Princess Margaret Hospital last week of pulmonary tuberculosis, according to the Health Department's weekly returns of notifiable diseases. A young city man was notified as having the same disease. Thue were three cases of infective hepatitis reported during the week—a man and woman in Waimairi County, and a girl of 18 in Riccarton Borough. A girl of two in Paparua County was notified with bacillary dysentery, a city man had salmonellosis, and a returned soldier from Malaya, now at Burnham, had malaria.
