RESTRICTIONS OPPOSED
Drivers Who I,ean From Window* (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 12 The council of the Wellington Automobile Association will support educational measures but oppose regulations to deler motorists from driving with their elbows out of the windows. The council decided this at a meeting last night when its views were sought by Mr C. C. Archbold, who is also a member of the Wellington Road Safety Committee. The council also discussed speeds on motorways and decided to press for the removal of the 55 miles an hour restriction on classified motorways.
