Noise Nuisance
Sir,—"Chancellor Street” is not the only sufferer from day and night noises. In some areas there are as many as three offenders in the day time, and out-sized ones at that. There are several persistent extras on all-night duty, also, and very difficult to locate. Has the City Council no detector or control over offenders. They detract from citizens’ amenity and health. —Yours, etc., TORMENTED. February 12, 1963.
