(N.Z. Prtu Association) AUCKLAND, Jan. 31. Consolidated Metal Industries, Ltd., Auckland, has lifted its nominal capital from £600,000 to £790,000 by the creation of 600,000 ordinary shares of 5s each. The new capital will permit the company to complete the acquitation of Hansen Engineering Company, Ltd., Auckland. C.M.I. has acquired the 30,000 toare capital of this company partly tor cash and partly by the issue of C.MX ovdiaary shares.
