Manslaughter Charge Fails
Press Association) AUCKLAND, January 31. Noel Newcombe, aged 34, a bus driver, was discharged on a charge of manslaughter today by Mr H. Jenner Wily, S.M., at the end of a two-day hearing in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland.
Newcombe was charged that on November 1 he did, oy an unlawful act. cause the death of Esmond William McCor kindale
