Steaks Ordered From Wanaka

Prime New Zealand venison shot around the Mount Aspiring and Haast districts in Otago will be on the menu for the Queen in New Zealand.
The Wanaka Meat Company’s venison exporting divirion at Wanaka has been asked to supply 301 b of prime venison steaks for the Royal table.
Expert hunters employed by the company bring deer in by aircraft, jet boat and utility vehicle to the processing plant, set up to export the meat to the United States Germany, and the East Cutlets chosen for the tour order inelude choice back steaks tn a variety of sixes which could be cooked in various ways. After processing they are wrapped and deepfroaen ready for dispatch.
