Tbe published statement that foe New Zealand Trottmg Conference had refined a request to change foe order of.foe double races on the first night of foe Dunedin Festival Cup meeting last Saturday was denied yesterday by Mr J. H Keys, acting secretary of foe conference. Mr Keys said that foe conference did not receive any application from foe Forbury Park Trotting Club to change foe order of foe double races on foe first night of the meetfog. A request, wUch was granted, was made last Friday for foe order of races on foe second night to be changed.
