Two Policemen Injured

AUCKLAND, January 29. Two policemen were injured when their car hit a power pole at the corner of Dominion and Landscape roads, Auckland, at 4.15 a.m. today. Detective - Constable P. Bett, married, with one child, of St. Albans street, Devonport, suffered severe cuts on his head and injuries to his neck.
Constable I. Tiplady, who lives in the police barracks, suffered a broken jaw and injuries to his neck.
