Cautioned For Distress Call

AUCKLAND, January 27.
The Post Office has taken no action against a man in a small boat on Auckland harbour who sent out a distress signal, but its radio inspector has cautioned him. The call was picked up las'. Sunday and the police launch Deodar spent the day searching for the boat which had the call sign used in the distress signal.
Later the boat-owner was found safe and well at home
