Bevin Uric Rosewarne, aged 19. a brush hand, was fined £l5 on a charge of resisting the police and £1 for being drunk in Gloucester street. He pleaded guilty to both charges.

Sergeant V. F. Townshend Said a constable had to draw his baton and hit Rosewarne on the shoulder before he could be arrested and handcuffed shortly after midnight in Gloucester street. Peter Norman Rosewarne, aged 20, a workman, began to punch the constable Sergeant Townshend said Peter Rosewarne pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing the police and astateting the police.
