Transfer To Wellington (NZ. Press Association) HOKITIKA. January 20 The 25-yeer-old Hutt Valley schoolteacher. Peter Dyer, who suffered several fractures of the thigh and ankle, and internal injuries when part of a rock avalanche crashed into Pioneer Hut, at the head of the Fox Glacier, early on the morning of January 7, was transferred from Westland Hospital to Wellington Hospital yesterday. The Surgeon-Superintend-ent of Westland Hospital (Mr L. J. M. Black) said that Wellington Hospital had special facilities to deal with internal complications arising from his injuries.
