Mr Gaitskell For Moscow

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) LONDON, December 13. Mr Hugh Gaitskell, the British Labour Party leader, will go to Moscow on January 1 for a week's visit. He will have talks with Mr Khrushchev on the general world situation, disarmament, disengagement, Berlin and other problems. Mr Gaitskell will be accompanied by Mrs Gaitskell and by Mr J. Harris, the Labour Party’s publicity chief. It is expected Mr Gaitskell will spend three or four days in Moscow and will later go to Leningrad. His last visit to Russia was in August, 1959.
