Trevor Taylor. by inches in an exciting finish to the Rand Grand Prix motor race, In Joh»hne*burg on Saturday. The two Britlab drivers dominated the race. They ended the 50 lap* with Taylor only a quarter of a aeconcl behind Clark. Another Briton, John Surtees, was third. Clark trimmed 3 I*ec off the lap record with a top (peed of 147 mile* an hour in the 127mile race.
Graham HIU. ot Britain, the current world championehip leader, dropped out with mechanical trouble to hi* BR.M.
