Reshuffle In Bulgaria
(N.Z.P.A .-Reuter— Copyright) BELGRADE. Nov. 27. Bulgarian Communist leader, Todor Zhivkov, dropped eight Ministers and appointed 12 newcomers in a major Government reshuffle announced today. Observers consider the changes have consolidated Mr Zhivkov’s position in Bulgaria by establishing his supporters in key Government positions. The Bulgarian National Assembly today approved the new Government of 28 members. The Assembly last week called on Mr Zhikov to form a new Government.
