New Premier Expected (N Z P.A -Reuter—< Copyright) BELGRADE. Nov. 19 Bulgaria's National Assembly is expected to elect a new Prime Minister to succeed Mr Anton Yugov when it meets in Sofia today. It will probably also replace Ministers and officials dismissed or demoted when Mr Yugov was purged last week for violating “Socialist legality” and opposing Communist Party policy. Mr Todor Zhivkov, the party’s First Secretary, was tioped as the new Prime Minister earlier this week, but later reports said he had declined requests to take on this additional post.
