She is shown riding Even Stevens in a walking exercise at Flemington, with the Te Rapa trainer, A. McGregor, leading the horse. Miss Wilkinson came to New Zealand for a holiday early this year, met Mr and Mrs McGregor in Hamilton, and decided to stay in the stable as an attendant.
