Fined For Taking Children Abroad

A New Zealand clerk was today fined £lOO for taking his children out of Australia while an order for another’s access to them was in existence.
The clerk, James Stewart Chapman, aged 36, of Wellington, was charged with an offence against Section 62 of the Migration Act.
