Man Dies In Rangatira
A man was found dead in a bathroom on the interisland steamer express Rangatira, yesterday morning. He was
John Joseph Sherry, aged 62,
a native of Eire
The door of the bathroom had to be forced to gain admittance.
Police would welcome any information from relatives or friends of the dead man. According to his passport issued at the Eire Embassy in Canberra on March 26. 1962, he was born in Waterton, County Kildare. It is not known how long he had been in New Zealand.
