GREYMOUTH. August 23 The file of the trials of Charles Wallace Crone aged 42. a drainlayer, of Christchurch. in the Supreme Court at Greymouth, are to be forwarded to the Crown Law Office, Wellington A decision will be made there on whether a fourth trial should proceed Three juries have disagreed in trials of Crone on a charge of breaking and entering the Runanga Co-operative Society’s store on March 30 After the last disagreement on Wednesday night Mr Justice. Macarthur ordered a fourtn trial to commence in Greymouth on Monday. September 10
Crone was released on bail after having been in custody since his arrest at his home in Lincoln road, Addington, on July 5.
