Sir, —I have just read Mr H. E. Radley’s suggestion that we adopt the “Dutch rule" of cycling in single file. This never has been a rule at home. In a lot of towns there is a rule for cycling with no more than two abreast. It is six years since I left Holland. but as far as I know nothing has been changed since. Personally.
