Continued expansion of Economic and business activity in Australia was shown by a number of indicators announced yesterday During July bank advances jumped £29.500.000 to the highest figure since 1950; unemployment registrations dropped by 3937 to the low’est figure in 15 months; and new motor vehicle registrations totalled 28,866—the highest since November, 1960.
