LYTTELTON AMBULANCE DEDICATED.—The Bishop of Christchurch (the Rt. Rev. A. K. Warren) dedicating a new ambulance yesterday in memory of Mr W. Miller, for many years secretary of the Lyttelton sub-centre of the St. John Ambulance Association. Mr Miller died in July, 1960. On the right is Mr W. A.
