AMERICAN RAILWAY DISASTER.—A United States Air Force helicopter lifting a victim from one of the three passenger carriages lying in the Susquehanna river near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The carriages fell down a 25ft embankment after a derailment. At least 23 passengers were killed, and more than 100 injured. Most of the passengers were going to Philadelphia for a baseball game.
