August 28 has been set as the date for the dispute in connexion with a new award f r freezing workers to beg n its hearing in Conciliation Council A Conciliation Council sitting scheduled to begin last week was abandoned on Wednesday when none of the seven assessors apoointed by two major freezing workers' groups would yield a place at the table for the appointee of the third group.
