LAKE BRUNNER SECTIONS

45 Available Soon Forty-five bach sites are expected to become available for lease within the next few weeks at the Grey County Council’s Iveagh Bay development block, on the shores of Lake Brunner. Several Canterbury resident® have made inquiries abou' the sections. Mr E. W. Newton, engineer for the Grey County Council said yesterday that work at Iveagh Bay was held up for some days until councillors had made an on-the-spot investigation of the work. They met at Iveagh Bay 10 days ago to view progress. and hear the survey estimate for the work. Mr Newton said the first subdivision at Iveagh Bay was being hastened. It was expected to make 45 bach sites available within the next few weeks. The County Clerk. Mr J. M. Panckhurst, has estimated it would be about three months before allocation of sites was likely.
