U.K. Alpinists Killed

Two British alpinists fell to their deaths today while attempting to scale Mont Blanc.
Police identified them as Jan Gordon Hodgekinson. aged 26 from Stockport, and John Hadfield, aged 23. from Cheadle. A friend who was with them at the time of the accident, Eric Longden (Manchester) was not injured.
