Auckland Customs Revenue In June
(N.Z Pres* Association; AUCKLAND. July X Tota! customs revenue collected at Auckland during June fell to X 2.334.408. a drop of X448.24S compared with June last year. Although the drop is IS.I per cent., most of it is accounted for by the fact that petrol tax is now collected in Wellington Items excluding pe‘rol tax showed a rise of £35.920 Customs dues rose £83.920 to £1 383.737. while sales tax collections dropped from £541/00 to £458 201 Other collections amounted to £431.635. compared with £461,685.
