PURSUANT to Section 54 of the Rating Act, 1925, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Tawera County Council at its next ordinary meeting to be held at 1.30 p.m. on the second day of July, 1962, at Springfield, to make and levy the following rates:— A General rate of Ijd in the £ (including North Canterbury Catchment Board Rate of .03286 d in the £) on the Capital value of all property appearing on the valuation rolls of the said County. Such rates to be for the period commencing on the Ist day of April. 1962, and ending on the 31st day of March. 1963, and shall be due and payable on the 31st day of August, 1962, at the County Office, c/o.
