“England Belongs To Europe”

The West German Economics Minister and ViceChancellor (Dr. Erhard) told the National Congress of the ruling Christian Democratic Party today that "England belongs to Europe." Any other conception was unreal and meant a dangerous step back to the political thinking of the 19th century, he said.
