Extortion Charges tN Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. May 22. Three youths were sent to Borstal and a fourth was fined £5O in the Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court. They appeared for sentence on charges of extorting a wristlet watch and money from a 38-year-old man by threatening him w’ith an accusation of sexual misconduct. Kenneth Tp Wano, aged 19. Jchn Ihia Kir.gi. aged 17. and John Edward Te Rang!, aged 18, were sentenced to Borstal training, and Tuhi Larkin, aged 19. was fined £5O and released on probation for three years.
