Sir,—What audacity Is shown by Mr W. Rosenberg in describing a company domiciled in England as a "foreign concern,” It seems clear this was not a slip of the pen for the word “foreign" is used four times in a comparatively short letter.—Yours, etc, LOOKER-ON. May 11, 1962.
