MUSICAL SOCIETY AUXILIARY
Fund-Raising Work Praised Mrs L. F. de Berry, who presided at the annual meeting of the Royal Christchurch Musical Society’s Ladies’ Auxiliary, congratulated members on their efforts during the year in raising more than £BOO for the society’s travel fund.
Loyal members had sung together and worked together well and had welded themselves into a compact group with great sincerity and enthusiasm. for the good of the society, he said. Officers were elected as follows: —President. Mrs P. C. Graham; deputy-president. Mrs J. Colthart; secretarytreasurer, Miss G. D. Rogers; new working committee members. Mesdames J. Cochrane, M. Seales. L. Vance.
