A United Nations information centre would be opened in Papua-New Guinea on April 24, Mr Abdel Satan Dajani, of Jordan, a member of the U.N. secretariat, announced yesterday. Mr Dajani said the office was designed to bring UN. News to Papua-New Guinea “it will not be the director’s job to report to the United Nations on social and poh‘ical aspects of Papua-New Guinea.”
