Dairy Pay-out Rise Sought
(NT. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 17. A 5 per cent increase in the new guaranteed butter price is to be urged by the dairy section of the Auckland executive of the Federated Farmers. This was decided at a meeting of the section today. The meeting also adopted a proposal that Federated Farmers press for a dairy price related to the cost of production. These motions will go before the Auckland provincial conference of the dairy section in May.
